Another weekend has passed, and of course it has been as good as always.
Realizing that I only have 2 more weekends before I go back to Sweden and France. Hmm.. being nostalgic already? There are probably things that I will miss here.. People that I have met, crazy nights at 360, going to incredible launches, ordering my coffee from the smiling Philipinos in the morning at Seattle's......

Anyway, Thursday went to the Motorola/MTV party in a warehouse in Al Quoz. Fishy place to have an event. They managed to pull it off last time, but this time.. hmmmmm..
Free drinks (yucky sparkling wine) was the highlight of the evening. I didnt really get the point of having a chocolate fountain at the event. Really mal placé. After a couply of drinks we all went to the Apartment. Though wasnt really in a mood for clubbing.

Friday, Charlotte had a party at her place. After a couple of drinks and snacks we went to Tradervicks to dance salsa and drink rhum cocktails(I love that place).. Then off to the Apartment where they had RnB night. Danced with my one and only dancepartner Gabin until 3am, and then off to bed.

Otherwise just chilled the weekend at the beach. The weather is sooo nice now. It even gets a bit chilly in the evening. Yesterday the temperature dropped to 18 degrees. It scares me that Im freezing in the evenings and that I have to wear a jacket... Wonder how its gonna be in a couple of weeks......

Great Weekend

Thursday dinner at La Veranda in the sand.. En suite 360 for some drinks.

Friday drinks (again) at 360 for Nicole's birthday! Crazy night with too many Red Bull drinks.. Then Tradervics to dance salsa and drink rhum! Met a Swedish guy who recognized me from Henrik's blog! hehe.. almost a celebrity! Im taking after you Katta.. :)

Tonight we're going to Ski Dubai with some Frenchies and English people.

So what happened last week?

Alot of work. But oh sooo much fun! I love to see the final result, when you have worked on a project for months, and it gets realized before your eyes.

We had 2 days of set-up with all the technical stuff, table decoration, flowers, etc... The days before the event I didnt have a lot of sleep. But was I tired? Nope! Day of the event I had an Adrenaline high from 8 am until 4 am the next day.. Literally collapsed in my bed with aching feet. Damn you Choo! :)

Otherwise the rest of the week has been filled with Bellydancing classes, Drinks out in the vibrating life of Dubai, and meeting new interesting people.

The count down has begun. There is only 3 weeks left before I go back to France!!

Briefly.

I had an amazing week.

Don't feel like going home anymore.

Last Night

Wooooooooooooooooooooowwwwwwwwwwwwww!!

Yesterday night was so cool! All the girls were dresses up in Disco themed clothes with afro's and big 70's glasses.. I have to say that G & my design of the clothes actually turned out really really good!

Dj Nick Waters played during the night. Apparently he is playing in Lyon at the FIRST at Brotteaux Friday the 24th of November. If you're in Lyon, you should DEFINATELY go watch this guy play. He is really good at what he does!

Franck, the speed painter, did the portrait of G.A upside down within 3 minutes. The crowd was amazed by his talent. During 1.5 hours he made a Fresco that represented the brand and the industry.

Summan av kardemumman: Everyone was happy, the music was amazing, the atmoshpere was funky as hell. What more can you want?

Sorry for not writing in a couple of days. Work has been crazy this week.
We have two major events this week.

One tomorrow for a launch of a perfume, and then on Sunday for a Real Estate.
It's gonna be really rewarding to see the outcome of all the work we've done these last months.

Any who any how.. I have to get back to work and my vanilla latte..

Nick Waters (DJ Papagayo) arrived yesterday, and Franck the speed painter arrives today.
