Seatbelt?

Can somebody explain to me why people don't wear seatbelts in this country?!

Oh yeah, sorry, it's only the people in the FRONT that wear seatbelts!!

Yeah.. that's understandable. Cuz sitting in the back seat wont hurt you if you crash..

What's wrong with these people?!?!?!?!

People keep laughing at me for wearing a seatbelt.. But Im sorry if I dont wanna get my brains washed all over the front glass of the car...

Is that so hard to understand?
